stock market can go up. henry blodgett joins us from new york city. good to see you as always. >> thanks for having me. >> and obviously this is a stock that people have tremendous profits in, so to the extend they want to take advantage of lower capital gains, that makes more sense. more fundamentally, they're in sort of a product hold here. they bakley came out with everything in the last few months, we're going to go through this period where they probably won't have anything exciting to announce for a while, now the television has been delayed unit next fall, according to gene muenster. then growth is slowing, and more importantly the margin is likely to compress. that's the big thing that worries me. they're going to go to a lower marge margin of mix products. it's hard to see stocks rise in the face of a compressing market. you have downside protection unless the thing completely falls apart. so i think the valuation is actually help 68 here. >> if apple has a disappointing season, where does the stock go? >> i don't know. i think it would certainly go down. the iphone numbers have

that the veterans hospital was one of four hospitals in the city that had to close down entirely. and that has meant that emergency rooms and other facilities in the remaining still open hospitals in the city have been overwhelmed with a big increase in patients. the whole thing was and is a mess. well, when we reported on that dire situation at the veterans hospital a few weeks ago, the most dire part of it was the prospect that it would never reopen. they were not even making estimates of when it might open again, if ever, which is a daunting thing for the largest city in the country which has a huge concentration of veterans. but as i said, this is the good news part of it. and there is some good news here. after refusing to initially say if that hospital was ever going to come back, the va has finally announced a reopen date for that hospital. they say they will reopen the outpatient clinic at least at the manhattan v.a. hospital in march. there is no word yet on when the in-patient facility will be open. but you know what? for a place that we didn't know was ever going to reopen ever, this is n

in the state since 1997. steel dynamics was already in 19 indiana cities. seal corp. usa expanded because of $340,000 in economic incentives. whayne supply company expanded operations after the state of indiana provided $450,000 in refunds. yet all four of these companies were cited as examples of how right to work brought jobs to the state of indiana. governor mitch daniels specifically said mbc group created jobs in indiana because of right to work. that's false. the mbc group denied it. the truth is not a single company says it came to indiana because of right to work, according to the report. there is more. indiana has been losing jobs to states that don't have right to work laws. manitowoc is closing its indiana facility and moving to cleveland, ohio. diamond foods is closing its indiana facility and going west to california. whirlpool is moving jobs to michigan. a decision that was obviously made before michigan's right to work law was passed. geknight closed its facilities and moved its jobs to neighboring state illinois. governor snyder didn't lie all of the time. here's something
